About

I am a hardworking and responsible person with experience in physical work and warehouse operations. I have worked in different roles and can quickly learn new tasks. Currently a 1st year Digital Media Design student at Sinclair Community College - Dayton OH.

Experience

Warehouse Associate — Amazon

2020 – Present

In my role at Amazon Fulfillment Center, I supported the end-to-end flow of products by sorting, organizing, and packing items for delivery. I worked across multiple departments, including Induct, Rebin, Stow, and Problem Solve, which required me to quickly adapt to different workflows and responsibilities. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. It also helped me develop strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to tasks.

Projects

Personas for Dayton Metro Library

Isaac Wax Persona Mary Jane Wax Persona James Persona Gretchen Willis Persona

The goal of this project was to create four personas representing kids, teenagers, parents, and older adults based on UX research we made at Dayton Metro Library. I first designed a template persona, then improved its spacing, hierarchy, and contrast after receiving feedback from my UX/UI classmates, creating a clean and consistent layout for all four personas. This project taught me how important spacing is in design, and in the future I would add more visual elements like images or icons to make personas more engaging.

How Tomorrow Might Look

One page website with a man holding flag and 2 big arms reaking robot chains Website's persona moodboard OPRIGINAL version of the first image with chains made out of money

The goal for this project was to create a homepage of a website based on a persona that would lived in 2045. Procces started with bulding persona: a man lived in a world where AI took over 90% of human jobs, and my character wanted find followers to start a revolution using this website. A moodboard was created to define the direction of the page . I decided to use "Occupy Wall Street" image from SourceWatch as a reference. Ironically to make some of the icons I used AI.

Color and Composition - Integrating Design Principles

4 different gestalt principles represented with 4 different images

For this project, I revisited one of my earliest designs and reimagined it through a 3×3 grid, which helped me discover new relationships between shapes and see the design from a fresh perspective. By experimenting with different color palettes and applying Gestalt principles such as symmetry, continuity, and similarity, I learned how structure and color work together to create rhythm, unity, and emotion. The final composition combined color theory, visual hierarchy, and refined forms, turning a simple redesign into an exploration of perception and creative growth.

Utilizing Mockups

The goals of this project was to see how I could use my previously made designs (in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) on a real world products and objects. I downloaded premade mockups from a website and integrated them with my own designs. Procces took place in Photoshop where I worked with placement of images and, lighting/shading of the objects/spaces to make the scene look natural. This project taught me how to work with mockups and templates. Helped me to see my previous projects on real world examples.

Clear is Kind - Designing for Usability

For my online learning portal prototype, I used rounded icons and updated the navigation bar with rounded corners after usability testing feedback, creating a more consistent and modern interface. I improved accessibility by choosing high-contrast colors and simplified the home page layout after paper prototype testing showed that users found it confusing. To make the experience more interactive, I added animated icons, a search option for finding assignments, smoother page transitions, and error pages that help users recover without losing progress.
